LETYBO® is a prescription medicine used to temporarily improve moderate to severe frown lines.

LETYBO® may cause serious side effects that can be life-threatening. Get medical help right away if you have problems swallowing, speaking, or breathing.

Do not receive LETYBO® if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or have had an allergic reaction to any other botulinum toxin product.

Tell your healthcare provider about all medicines you take, including prescription, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

The effects of botulinum toxin may spread from the injection area and cause symptoms such as muscle weakness, drooping eyelids, blurred vision, hoarseness, trouble speaking, loss of bladder control, trouble breathing, or trouble swallowing.

The most common side effect reported for glabellar lines was headache.
